Description
Super-Run Taq DNA Polymerase is a mix type DNA Polymerase with 3' → 5' exonuclease activity (Proof Reading). As most PCR products amplified with Super-Run Taq DNA Polymerase have one A or G added at 3'-terminal, the obtained PCR product can be directly used in TA cloning or GC cloning. Users can use Super-Run Taq DNA Polymerase with supplied 10X reaction buffer (with 20 mM Mg2+) to amplify up to 20 kb specific DNA fragment from lambda DNA.
