Description
ProTaq Plus is a powerful Taq polymerase developed by Protech Co. It is a recombinant thermal stable enzymes purified from E. Coli. Users can use ProTaq Plus with supplied 10X reaction buffer (with 15 mM Mg2+) to amplify up to 5 kb specific DNA fragment from lambda DNA. Mg2+ free buffer and 25 mM MgCl2 is also available.
