The Smart Quant Green Master Mix is a Hot-Start Master Mix for SYBR Green I real-time PCR assay. The master mix contains SYBR Green I, HotStart DNA polymerase, optimized reaction buffer, 4 mM (final concentration) MgCl2, nucleotides (including dUTP) and ROX passive reference.
